Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence analysis of the PBM Responsibility factor, the Stevedoring Process, and the Warehousing Handling Process on the Operational Performance of PT. Ark Adhiguna Banyuwangi Branch. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Bahtera Adhiguna Banyuwangi Branch as a population. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is based on the results of multiple research and analysis with the help of the SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the equation is produced: Y = 2.752 + 0.268X1 + 0.342X2 + 0.184X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the company's operational performance is the Stevedoring process variable with a regression coefficient of 0.342. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the result is 0.707 or 70.7%, which means that the company's operational performance at PT. Bahtera Adhiguna Banyuwangi Branch is influenced by the variable PBM Responsibility, Stevedoring Process, and Warehousing Handling Process which is equal to 70.7% and other factors that affect the operational performance of the company PT. Bahtera Adhiguna Banyuwangi Branch is 29.3%. Thus the results of the study indicate that PBM Responsibility, Stevedoring Process, and Warehousing Handling Process are positive and significant to the operational performance of PT.
