Abstract
This research is based on facts in the field, namely the problems caused by parking which are very complex, ranging from disrupting the smooth flow of traffic, illegal parking also makes the city less well organized. Caused by several factors including community behavior, lack of parking space and security guarantees resulting in traffic problems such as congestion caused by illegal parking. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely people's behavior, lack of parking space and security guarantees on the dependent variable, namely illegal parking on Jalan Tlogosari Raya 1 Semarang City. In this study, the object taken was the owner of a vehicle parked on Jalan Tlogosari Raya 1 Semarang City. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of illegal parking on Jalan Tlogosari Raya 1 Semarang City. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique with SPSS IBM V.25 tools. Based on the research results and data analysis, the regression equation is produced: Y = 0.245 + 0.230 X1 + 0.499 X2 + 0.226 X3+ μ Based on the calculation of SPSS version 25.0, a linear regression equation was obtained, where people's behavior (X1) in partial testing obtained the calculation of the t count of 2.636> t table 1.98472 which means that there is a positive and significant effect partially on illegal parking (Y) . The t count between the lack of parking space (X2) and illegal parking (Y) is 4.422> t table 1.98472. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect partially on illegal parking (Y). The security guarantee variable (X3) with t count is 2.385 > t table 1.98472 which partially has a positive and significant effect on illegal parking (Y). The coefficient of determination gets an R squared value of 0.627, thus 62.7%, the remaining 37.3% (100% -62.7%) is caused by other factors.
