Abstract

It is based on research due to the decrease productivity pt .Persero batam which had caused losses in this matter is income in pt .Persero batam .With see the existing problems , so this research directed to analyze about what factors can increase productivity loading and unloading , by analyzing factors affecting productivity loading and unloading , through equipment , loading and unloading time , and labor loading and unloading , loading and unloading to productivity . A population that used in this research are employees part operational .Samples to this research as many as 100 respondents and techniques used is tekhnik non-probability sampling with purposive sampling , that is a technique the determination of sample with certain consideration ( sugiyono , 2015 ). The results of the regression equation is linear worship of idols show that there was a positive influence partial evaluation between productivity equipment against loading and unloading ( t count 6,804 > t table 1,9849 ), loading and unloading time on productivity loading and unloading ( t count 3,662 > t table 1,9849 ), labor loading and unloading on productivity loading and unloading ( t count 2,038 > t table 1,9849 ). While for proper test model ( f count 37,788 > f table 2.70 ). The influence of third variable very strong research with correlation value adjusted R2 ( 0,527 ). Simultaneously variable equipment , loading and unloading time , and labor loading and unloading influential 52.7 % to productivity loading and unloading and 47,3 % influenced by variable research that is not detected at this research .
