Abstract

Developments in the field of technology as well as increasing environmental issues have encouraged the creation of electric vehicles as a solution in society. However, the acceptance rate of electric vehicles, especially in Indonesia, is still in the low category. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the puchase intention of electric vehicles in the people of West Kotawaringin Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, documentation and questionnaires. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling as many 100 samples based on certain criteria andConsiderations. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program (SPSS) V.26. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 1,584 + 0,334.X1 + 0,257.X2 + 0,227.X3 + µ. Where the variables of Purchase intention (Y), Lifestyle (X1), Environmental care (X2) and Product uniqueness (X3) are tested using the t test showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0,552 indicates that 55,2 percent of the Purchase intention variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 44,8 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. This the results of the study indicate that Lifestyle, Environmental care and product uniqueness have a positive and significant effect to Purchase intention of electric vehicles in the people of West Kotawaringin Regency Keywords: Lifestyle, Enviromental care, Product uniqueness and Puchase
