Abstract
ABSTRACT KAI Access is an application created by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia aims to make it easier for its users to buy tickets online. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived convenience, promotion, service quality, and consumer trust on online ticket buying interest on the KAI Access application. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were prospective passengers who used the KAI Access application through nonprobality sampling techniques, namely using kouta sampling with special characteristics of respondents over 17 years old, male and female. This type of research is qualitative research using multiple linear regression data analysis methods with results : Y= -2,258 + 0,350X1 + 0,390X2 + 0,222X3 + 0,205X4 + µ From the results of this study there is a relationship between the independent variable and related variables, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables, namely the perception of convenience of 0.350 (X1), promotion of 0.390 (X2), service quality of 0.222 (X3), and consumer confidence of 0.205 (X4) studied proved to have a positive and significant effect on variables related to buying interest (Y). In the coefficient of determination (R square) test, the Adjust R Square value of 0.591 means that 59.1% of variable variation is related to buying interest, while other factors that affect work accountability (100% - 59.1%) = 40.9%. So the remaining 40.9% of other variables were not raised in this study. Keywords: convenience perception, promotion, service quality, consumer trust and buying interest.
