Abstract

The logistics industry which is currently experiencing an increase has resulted in competition among fellow logistics service providers increasingly stringent and competitive, each company seeks to be able to attract as many customers and maintain it so that the company can develop business and can continue to compete in competition between fellow logistics service providers. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the quality of service, perceived price and corporate image of service user satisfaction at PT. Adil Jaya Semarang. Sampling in this study uses a total sesus / sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled. The number of samples in this study were 95 respondents who were customers of service users at PT. Adil Jaya Semarang. The test shows that service quality (X1), price perception (X2), and corporate’s image has positive and significant impact on costumer’s satisfaction (Y). Coefficient determination’s test result is 0,653 equals 65,3%. Service quality, price perception, and corporate’s image have 65,3% impact on costumer’s satisfaction, while the other 34,7% were affected by another variables beyond this research.
