Abstract
This research was conducted at the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap. This study uses loading and unloading equipment, port master's role, workforce, and speed of service as independent variables, port performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of loading and unloading equipment, the role of harbormasters. Labor, Service Time at Tanjung Intan Cilacap Port. The sample used was the Agency Company at the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap where the number of samples specified in this study was 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study using Jemuh Sampling. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Partial t test, coefficient of determination, and managerial implications. The results of the analysis with the statistical tool SPSS program (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) Version 25 were obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0,137+ 0,197 X1, + 0,247 X2 + 0,201 X3 +0,342 X4+µ The multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant effect between loading and unloading equipment on port performance tcount (2.258)> ttable (1.98498), the Role of Harbor Masters on port performance tcount (2.239) > ttable (1.98498), workforce on performance Port (t count (2.013) > t table (1.98498), and Service Time on Port Performance (t count (4,177) > t table (1.98498) have a positive and significant effect on Port Performance. The influence of the four research variables is very strong with a coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 43% of Port Performance and 57% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
