Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the analysis of ship docking schedules, port availability and loading and unloading productivity on ship waiting time. Data collection was carried out using 52 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is: Y= -1.049 + 0.428.X1 + 0.309.X2 + 0.325.X3 + μ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the ship docking schedule variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on ship waiting time (Y), port availability variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on ship waiting time (Y) and loading and unloading productivity variables ( X3) has a positive and significant effect on ship waiting time (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.552) which means 55,2%, the variable coefficient of ship docking schedule, port availability and loading and unloading productivity on ship waiting time is 55,2%, while the rest (100% - 55,2% = 44,8%) is influenced by other variables outside the study.
