Abstract

ABSTRACT The feasibility test is an important series in the operation of the driver's vehicle, especially transportation, if the vehicle does not carry out or carry out a feasibility test then the vehicle cannot be said to be feasible to operate on the road and can cause accidents, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. With a population of all drivers of the city transportation waitabula who carried out the feasibility test at the Transportation Service of Southwest Sumba Regency and a sample of 95 respondents was taken. With non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling, data collection using questionnaires, sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples and also known as census. Y = -1,747 + 0,315X1 + 0,276X2 + 0,238X3 + 0,303X4 + µ From the results of research on the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable . Hypothesis testing using t-test shows that the four independent variables, namely driver awareness (X1) Transportation conditions (X2) infrastructure (X3) Quality of service (X4) has a high influence on other variables in influencing the feasibility test factor, in testing the coefficient of determination (R square ) Adjust R square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable in the feasibility test can be explained through the independent variable Awareness of driving (X1) Transport conditions (X2) Infrastructure (X3) Quality of service (X4) while the remaining 36.7% is explained by other variables outside the model described in this study. Keywords: Driver awareness, Transportation conditions, Infrastructure, Quality of service, Feasibility test.
