Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the analysis of flight intensity, human resources and landside capacity for delays in departure times. Data collection was carried out using 130 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is: Y= 1.238 + 0.305.X1 + 0.309.X2 + 0.311.X3 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the flight intensity variable has a positive and significant effect on the delay in departure time (t count 3.418 > t table 1.97882), the human resource variable has a positive and significant effect on the delay in departure time (t count 3.076 > t table 1.97882) and the landside capacity variable has a positive and significant effect on the delay in departure time (t count 3.318 > t table 1.97882). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.660) which means 66%, the variable coefficient of flight intensity, human resources and landside capacity for delays in departure time is 66%, while the rest (100% - 66% = 34%) is influenced by other variables outside the study.
