Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the supervision, equipment capacity, number of workers' gangs, and service performance on loading and unloading performance at PT. Port of Indonesia II Tanjungpandan Belitung Branch. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used results of research and multiple analysis resulted in the equation: Y = -1.389 + 0.375X1 + 0.193X2 + 0.570X3 + µ Where the variables of loading and unloading performance (Y), supervision (X1), tool capacity (X2), number of labor gangs (X3), and service performance (X4) were tested using the t test showing that the four independent variables partially have a significant influence on the performance of loading and unloading activities as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.576 indicates that 57.6 percent of the performance variables for loading and unloading activities can be explained through the four independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 42.4 percent is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this study. The results of the conclusion of statistical testing with multiple linear regression equations that partially the variables X1, X2, X3 and X4 have a positive and significant influence. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, the constanta value in the multiple linear regression equation shows a value of 1.158. This shows that if no improvements are made to the TKBM, Supervision, Equipment Capacity and Risk Factor variables, the Loading and Unloading Performance variable will increase by 1.158. The results showed that in field trials, the effect of TKBM, supervision, equipment capacity, and risk factors on loading and unloading performance had a significant effect, thus the influence of TKBM, supervision, equipment capacity, and risk factors on loading and unloading performance was feasible to use or as input for companies implemented by TKBM.
