Abstract
ABSTRACT. Currently, the number of work accidents in Indonesia is still relatively high. Occupational health and safety has an influence on employee performance. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to increase awareness in implementing a culture of occupational health and safety (K3) to reduce the number of work accidents. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of PT Pelindo 3 employees, Celukan Bawang Branch. The sampling method in this study is the total sampling method. The samples in this study were all employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 Branch of Celukan Bawang Port, totaling 100 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that partially occupational health has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Occupational safety partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Occupational health and safety simultaneously influence employee performance.
