Abstract

ABSTRACT Due to the high public interest in using the train, it is only natural that the manager provides facilities that can make it easier for the public to buy tickets. This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect ticket prices, location and convenience to interest in buying tickets online. Data collection is in the form of observations. carried out directly in the field, library research, interviews and questionnaire methods, in this study the authors used a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, The analysis used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the study are described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which are then interpreted in a description, the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program (SPSS) V.26 with variables: Purchase Intention (Y) = 0.916 + 0.245 X1 + 0.473 X2 + 0.208 X3. Shows that, based on empirical data (results of filling out questionnaires) and the results of multiple linear regression indicate that the ticket price variable (X1) has a positive influence on purchase intention, where the tcount value is 2.538 > ttable 1.98498. Place variable (X2) has a positive influence on buying interest where the tcount is 6.254 > ttable 1.98498. Access Convenience Variable (X3) also has a positive influence on purchase intention having a tcount of 3.001 > ttable of 1.98498. Thus the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Ticket Prices, Place and Convenience of Access to Purchase Intentions. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.696 indicates that 64.4 percent of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 30.4 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: Ticket Prices, Venue, Convenience of Access, Purchase Intention
