Abstract

ABTRACK Brebes Regency is the most populous region in Central Java, with a population of 1,802,829 people (BPS2018). Most of the population of Brebes Regency work in the agricultural sector. As is widely known, Brebes Regency is famous for its red onion commodities which are in almost all areas of Brebes Regency. Motorized vehicles as a means of transportation are a very important component for the development of economic, social and cultural activities of a country because they play a role as a tool that allows the movement of people and or goods from one region to another in a relatively short time, efficiently and effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, facilities and location on the satisfaction of users of motorized vehicle testing services at the Brebes District Transportation Agency. The population in this study is motorized vehicle testing service users at the Brebes Transportation Service and a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling while the type of sampling is incidental sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the multiple linear equation model: Y = 1.626 + 0.333 + 0.255 + 0.227+ μ shows that there is a partial positive effect on Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2) and Location (X3) on Service User Satisfaction (Y). The influence of the independent variables in this study is the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjuster R2) = 0.546 which means that the variables Service Quality, Facilities and Location affect Service User Satisfaction by 54.6% while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by variables not examined in this study .
