Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of perceived quality, punctuality, passenger satisfaction, and comfort on the decision to purchase Citilink airplane tickets. The sample in this study was 95 Citilink passenger respondents, using a probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis t- test partially showed that Perceived quality, timeliness, passenger satisfaction, and comfort have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = -2.120 + 0.214X1 + 0.375X2 + 0.221X3 + 0.350X4 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the increase in passenger ticket purchases is the punctuality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.375. And the R2 test (Adfusted R Square) yields a result of 0.592 or 59,2%, which means that the purchase decision is influenced by the variables perceived quality, timeliness, passenger satisfaction, and comfort which is 59,2% and other factors that influence purchasing decisions by 40,8% or 0.408 .
