Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the Analysis of Employee Performance, Service Quality, and Facilities on RORO Ship User Satisfaction at the Kab. Bengkalis Riau. The data was collected with a sample of 100, through the method of observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.20 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated: The results of this study indicate that the variables of Employee Performance, Service Quality, and Facilities partially on RORO Ship User Satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = 5.119 + 0.459X1 + 0.274X2 + 0.252X3 + e Where the variables of on RORO Ship User Satisfaction (Y), Employee Performance (X1), Service Quality (X1), and Facilities (X3) were tested using the t test, showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on RORO Ship User Satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.524 shows that 52.4 percent of on RORO Ship User Satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 47.6 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: Employee Performance, Service Quality, Facilities
