Abstract
ABSTRACT User decision is one of the problems that always get serious attention in every country. Sea transportation is the main transportation in the trade sector. Nearly 90% of foreign trade activities are carried out by sea. The transportation of goods by sea is very efficient. There are several existing influences such as service quality, rates, and facilities, these factors have an important role in influencing user decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality, tariffs, and.facilities at J(MP. Express Bahari partially. The sample in this study was J 00 respondents who were passengers on the KPM ship. Express Bahari sampling using incidental sampling. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the .following equation is obtained: Y = - 0.964 + 0.198 Xl + 0.382 X2 + 0.386 X3 + µ Where the variables of user decisions (Y), service quality (XJ), tariffs(X2) and facilities (X3) were tested using the t test, showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on user decisions as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.589 indicates that 58.9 percent of the user decision variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 41.J percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: Service Quality, Tariff, Facilities
