Abstract

In this study, the backdrop of a decrease in the performance of PT Trans Sigma Trans Semarang employees was less than the maximum handling of the closing of the ship documents in 2018 compared to previous years. With the increasing number of delays in export documents, booking space for ships and goods continues to increase in 2018 compared to previous years in stages the managers of PT. Kn Sigma Trans Semarang will improve this. In this case the research is directed to analyze leadership development, motivation, compensation and discipline influence the performance of employees at PT. Kn Sigma Trans Semarang. This study itself aims to find out how far the influence of leadership, motivation, compensation and work discipline on the influence of employee performance at PT. Kn Sigma Trans Semarang. Problem formulation, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and individually significant influence between the independent variables namely leadership, motivation, compensation and sharing work discipline on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees of PT. Kn Sigma Trans Semarang. In this study the object taken was the employee of PT. Kn Sigma Trans Semarang. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were employees of PT. Sigma Sigma Trans Semarang through nonprobability sampling technique that is by not using the sampling method. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique. From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, testing the hypothesis using the t test shows that the three independent variables namely leadership (X1), motivation (X2), compensation (X3) and work discipline (X4) studied proved to have a positive and significant effect affect the dependent variable employee performance (Y) with the compensation variable has the highest influence than other variables in influencing employee performance. Hypothesis testing using f test that the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, on the determination coefficient test (R Square) Adjust R square value of 0.517 means 51.7% variation in the dependent variable employee performance factors can be explained by the leadership independent variable , motivation, compensation and work discipline. While the remaining 48.3% is explained by other causes beyond the variables studied. Keywords: employee performance, leadership, motivation, compensation and work discipline
