Abstract

ABSTRACT Basically the purpose of service is to create passenger satisfaction in consume a company's products, so consumers feel satisfied and compelled to loyal to use the same product. For that company PO. Putra Adolescents as one of the bus companies always evaluates hope customer become satisfied . This study aims to determine the factors that influence satisfaction passenger in using PO buses. Teenage Son majoring in Lampung-Semarang. The population in this study were PO bus passengers . Lampung-Semarang Youth Boys with a research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is purposive sampling . The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (Software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS V.25). The results of this study indicate that the variables Brand Image, Driver , Affordability and Punctuality have a partial effect on Satisfaction Passenger . The results of multiple regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -1.735+0.291 X 1 +0.256 X 2 +0.247X 3 +0.335X 4 +  where all the variables studied showed a positive and significant effect on satisfaction passenger . From the regression equation it can also be seen that the most dominant variable influences satisfaction passenger is the precision variable time with a regression coefficient of 0.335 . And the coefficient of determination ( Adjusted R Square ) = 0.619 means variables Brand image (X1), Driver (X2), Affordability (X3) Timeliness (X4) have a contribution of 61.9% while the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research or capital regression equation model.
