Abstract
ABSTRAC The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of the variables Human Resources, Ramp Handling, Air Side Capacity on On Time Performance on Citilink airline flights at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Surakarta. The population in this study were all ground handling officers such as operation officers, ramp dispatcher officers, GSE officers, porters, Gate staff, ground staff, lost and found officers, passage officers and Apron Movement Control officers at Adi Soemarmo Surakarta International Airport totaling 70 The number of people and samples used in this study amounted to 70 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is the determination of the sample with all members of the population used as a sample. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Based on the results of the research it can be seen that the research model of the linear regression equation double is Y = 0.613 + 0.355 X1 + 0.342X2 + 0.233X3 + µ. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis show that the variables Human Resources, Ramp Handling, Air Side Capacity have a positive and significant effect on On Time Performance. From the results of this study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, testing the hypothesis using the t test shows that the four independent variables, namely the Human Resources variable, is 0.355 (X1), the Ramp Handling variable is 0.342 (X2), the Air Side Capacity variable is 0.233 (X3). From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing On Time Performance is the Human Resources variable with a regression coefficient of 0.355. And the determinant coefficient test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.567 or 56.7% which means that On Time Performance is influenced by the variables Human Resources, Ramp Handling, Air Side Capacity which is equal to 56.7% and other factors that affect On Time Performance of 43.3% or 0.433.
