Abstract

ABSTRACT With this research, the aim is to find out the analysis of service quality on customer satisfaction at Tingkir Terminal, Salatiga City. In this study the object taken is the customer at the Tingkir Terminal. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this research is 100 customer respondents at the Tingkir Terminal. Data collection was carried out by Observation Methods, Literature Studies, Interviews, Documentation, and Questionnaires. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique by first testing it through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption test (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations: Y = 0.974 + 0.301.X1 + 0.250.X2 + 0.303.X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the real variable (X1) has a tcount of 4.681 and a ttable of 1.99601, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Reliability variable (X2) has a tcount of 3.463 and a ttable of 1.99601, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Tangible, Reliability, Responsivess and Satisfaction
