Abstract
ABSTRACT Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is a high-quality bus-based transportation system, which moves quickly, comfortably and efficiently on a separate road infrastructure, has fast operational characteristics with a certain frequency, and has an excellent marketing and customer service system. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) offers comfort and efficiency to its users both in terms of time and cost efficiency. By offering comfort and efficiency as public transportation in urban areas, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure in accordance with existing eligibility and safety standards. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence passenger interest in using the Trans Jateng Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) facility which has Solo and Sragen routes. In this study, the objects taken were passengers from Solo City and Sragen Regency who used the Trans Central Java Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Sources of data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents which included passengers from Solo City and Sragen Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out by Observation Methods, Library Studies, Interviews, Documentation, and Questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study was a multiple linear regression technique by first testing it through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity). The results of the analysis in this study were assisted by the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program and obtained multiple linear regression equations: Y = 0.772 + 0.138.X1 + 0.200.X2 + 0.331.X3 + 0.329.X4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the Effectiveness Variable (X1) has a tcount of 2.019 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The service variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.898 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Rates Variable (X3) has a tcount of 2.488 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The convenience variable (X4) has a tcount of 2.743 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Key Terms : Effectiveness, Service, Rates, Convenience, Passenger Interest
