Abstract
ABSTRACT The economy is experiencing very rapid growth, this can be seen from the increasing number of human needs for various things, one of which is transportation. Transportation growth is very closely related to the economy in both developing and developed countries. Because transportation is very influential on the smooth economic growth in a country. Without adequate transportation, development in all fields will be hampered, so that the transportation sector, especially buses in Central Java, can be said to be a developing transportation sector because it is needed to serve the community in economic activities. The better the quality of service provided by the transportation service provider, the better the image of the company and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of Information Quality, Accessibility, Regularity and Purchasing Power on Users of Trans Jateng services Corridor I of the Semarang-Bawen Route. In this study, the population of the study were users of the Trans-Central Java Corridor I Route Semarang-Bawen with a sample of 100 respondents. The research variables consist of: independent variables of Information Quality (X.1), Accessibility (X.2), Regularity (X.3) and Purchasing Power (X.4) and the dependent variable, namely Service User Decision (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -2.551 + 0.223X1 + 0.209X2 + 0.326X3 + 0.286X4 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Information Quality on Service User Decisions (t count 2.580 > t table of 1.98498), Accessibility to Service User Decisions (t count 2.382 > t table of 1.98498), Regularity of Decisions Service Users (t count 3.083 > t table is 1.984898), Purchasing Power to Service User Decisions (t count 2.886 > t table is 1.98498) individually variable Quality of Information, Accessibility, Regularity, Purchasing Power and Decisions of Service Users have contribution of 57.6% in influencing Service User Decisions. The influence of this research variable has a coefficient value contribution (R Square) which is obtained by 57.6% on Service User Decisions and 42.4% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
