Abstract

ABSTRACT The puspose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of service quality, ship facilities, and ticket prices on KMC. Express Bahari 3F. the sampel in this study was 100 KMC passenger respondents. Express Bahari 3F, using a nonprobability sampling technique, namely quota sampling Data analysis used in this study was descriptive and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis with the help of (Software) Statistical Package Ford Social (SPPS) versiooon 25. The results of research by testing the hypothesis t-test partially showed that service quality, ship facilities and ticket prices have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 1,138 + 0,178X1 + 0,487X2 + 0,003X3 + 0,104X4 + µ. From the regression equation, the increase in passenger satisfaction is the port facility variable with a regression coefficient of 0,487. And the R2 (R Square) test for the Adjust R Square value obtained a result of 0.521 or 52.1%, which means that passenger satisfaction is influenced by the variables of service quality, port facilities, ticket prices, and security, namely 52.1% and other factors that affect passenger satisfaction 47.9%.
