Abstract
Operational performance at the Trans Jateng BRT provided to passengers is in the form of punctual arrival or departure times which are often referred to as punctual performance. Having a good and effective service system, adequate technical operations, and effective operating procedures, BRT Trans Jateng must pay attention to good and orderly Operational Performance. In this study Operational Operations is influenced by several factors including: Service System, Technical Operations and Operating Procedures. Of these factors have an important role in improving Operational Operations. The population in this study were employees of BRT Trans Jateng with a sample of 73 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the Application (SPSS) Version 25. The results of testing the t-test hypothesis indicate that the Service System, Operational Technical, and Operating Procedures have a positive and positive effect. partially significant to Operational Operations. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the research model from the multiple linear regression equation produces the equation : Y = 0,714 + 0,319X1 + 0,355X2 + 0,241X3 + µ From the equation results show that the Service System variable (X1) has (t count 2.622 > t table 1.667), Technical Operational variable (X2) has (t count 3.110 > t table 1.667), and the Operating Procedure variable (X3) has (t count 2.156 > t table 1.667) and. As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.577. This means that 57.7% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Operational Operations is explained by the independent variables, namely Service System (X1), Operational Technical (X2), and Operating Procedures (X3). The remaining 100% - 57.7% = 42.3%, influenced by other variables outside the study. Key Words : Operational Performance, Service Systems, Technical Operations, and Operating Procedures.
