Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study, four research variables were analyzed: tariffs, innovation, service quality, punctuality as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely the interest of users of the Solo Batik Trans (BST) Surakarta City Bus service. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables namely fares, innovation, service quality, timeliness on the dependent variable, namely the interest of users of the Batik Solo Trans Surakarta City Bus service. In this study, the subjects taken were Batik Solo Trans Bus users, Surakarta City, Tirtonadi-Sukoharjo Terminal Route. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of the Batik Solo Trans Bus transportation service, Surakarta City, Tirtonadi-Sukoharjo Terminal Route. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with SPSS V.26 statistical tools, based on research results and data analysis, the regression equation is produced: Y = -1,735 + 0,291.X1 + 0,256.X2 + 0,247.X3 + 0,335.X4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect partially between tariffs on service user interest (t count = 3.442 > t table = 1.98525), innovation on service user interest (t count = 2.398 > t table = 1 ... Square of 0.619 thus 61.9% of the variable of the dependent variable the interest of service users can be explained by the variables of the four independent variables, namely rates, innovation, service quality, timeliness. While the remaining (100% - 61.9% = 38.1%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: rates, innovation, service quality, timeliness, and interest of service users
