Abstract

ABSTRACT Passenger Loyalty is influenced by several factors including the Service System, Ticket Prices, Operational Performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of Service Systems, Ticket Prices, Operational Performance on Passenger Loyalty in Trans Jateng Corridor 1 Semarang-Bawen route. In this study, the study population was the passengers of the Trans Central Java Corridor 1 route Semarang-Bawen with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in the study consisted of: Service System independent variables (X.1), Ticket Prices (X.2), and Operational Performance (X.3) and the dependent variable, namely Passenger Loyalty (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.535 + 0.223.X1 + 0.460.X2 + 0.245.X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Service System on Passenger Loyalty (t count 2.580 > t table of 1.98472), Ticket Prices on Passenger Loyalty (t count 4.047 > t table of 1.98472), Operational Performance on Passenger Loyalty (t count 2.597 > t table of 1.98472), individually the Service System, Ticket Prices, Operational Performance affect Passenger Loyalty. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with a coefficient value (R Square) obtained of 61.9% on Passenger Loyalty and 38.1% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
