Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of convenience, system quality, and trust on the user satisfaction of the Rasau application. The sample in this study was 75 respondents using the Rasau application, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis t-test partially showed that convenience, system quality, and trust have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.790 + 0.472 X1 + 0.315 X2 + 0.150 X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant effect on increasing user satisfaction is the ease variable with a regression coefficient of 0.472. And the R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.727 or 72.7%, which means that user satisfaction is influenced by the variables of ease, system quality, and trust, namely 72.7% and other factors that influence passenger decisions by 27.8%. or 0.278. Keywords : Ease, System Quality, Trust, and User Satisfacation
