Abstract

The success of a company in engaged in is if the services offered can be accepted by consumers and can make the consumers satisfied with using it (in this study company in the field of land transport services). For companies that are engaged in services, in order to maintain the viability of the company's operations in order to grow and make a profit is an activity service or services. Service or service can be said to be successful if it can increase the volume or the number of passengers. There are many factors that affect the interests of consumers, such as : services, facilities, prices, convenience, all of which are crucial in the process of further development of the company. This research will dinanalisis three variables, namely research services, facilities and customer trust as independent variables that affect the dependent variable that consumer interest. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence, both individually and simultaneously between the independent variables, services, facilities and customers' confidence in the dependent variable that consumer interest. In this study, the object is taken from the passenger Bus Rapid Transit ( BRT ) Semarang. Sources of data include primary and secondary data. Samples in this study were 100 respondents who were passengers Bus Rapid Transit ( BRT ) Semarang. Data analysis technique is the technique of linear regression. Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation : Y = 0,538 + 0,268.X1 + 0,374.X2 + 0,283.X3 +  The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence and significant partial between service to the consumer interest (t count = 2,781 > t table = 1.9850), the facility to the interests of consumers (t count = 3,328 > t table = 1.9850 ) and the customer's trust against the interests of consumers (t count = 2.813 > t table = 1.9850). While together (simultaneously) positive and significant effect (F count = 46.935 > F table = 2.47). The third influence is very strong research variables with the value of the correlation R = 0.582 , Simultaneously variable service, amenities and customer trust affects 58.2 % of the interests of consumers and 41,8 % are influenced by the variables that were not detected in this study.
