Abstract

Gojek is a pick-up service using two-wheeled vehicles based on orders through an application and is a very effective means of transportation. The gojek application allows users to order gojek online. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the community’s response was related to the influence of service quality, income, demand and competition on the decision to use of online motorcycle taxi transportation, especially the type of motorcycle taxi. The method in this study uses quantitative research methods, in the form of processing data sourced from respondent’s answers through a given questionnaire. The data is processed using SPSS V 29, the results of which will later appear in tables, graphs and other statistical forms. The results of this study indicate that, based on multiple linear regression analysis, Y = -1.836 + 0.330X1 + 0.328X2 + 0.216X3 + 0.264X4 + µ. The partial test of Service Quality, Income, Demand and Competition has a significant effect on the Decision to Use Online Motorcycle Taxi Transportation, this is evidenced by the results of a comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level of 0.05, where the Service Quality variable t count is 3.875 > t table 1.98638 with significant level 0.000 < 0.05, Income variable t count is 3.002 > t table 1.98638 with significant level 0.003 < 0.05, Demand variable t count is 2.413 > t table 1.98638 with significant level 0.018 < 0.05 and Competition variable t count is 3.724 > t table 1.98638 with significant level 0.000 <0.05. The R2 Test of Service Quality, Income, Demand and Competition has a contribution of 0.632 or 63.2 % in influencing the Decision to Use Online Motorcycle Taxi Transportation, while the remaining 36.8% are other variables not proposed in this study, such as brand image variables.
