Abstract
Shipping service company PT. Dharma Lautan Utama is a shipping service that requires logistics to fulfill goods on board. In this case the logistics party itself has the task of guaranteeing the optimum availability of equipment and obtaining investment profits. The purpose of writing the fulfillment of goods on board is to fulfill the goods needed by consumers so that they get goods that are on demand. By using the collection method used to write this scientific work is descriptive with data collection using the observation method, the question method, the interview method, the documentary method and the library (library search). With the results of the discussion of this paper is "The Role of the Logistics Division Performing Fulfillment of Goods on the ship PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Tanjung Perak Branch". Therefore, several conclusions emerged from the formulation of the problem; To find out the process of fulfilling goods on board, to find out administrative requirements, to find out the parties involved in the process of fulfilling goods, and to find out the obstacles experienced.
