Abstract
Abstract PT Varia Usaha Bahari Tuban Branch is a company engaged in loading and unloading and is responsible for providing loading and unloading services to handle cloinker loading. In the process of preparing for loading handling and also processing documents when the ship docks until the completion of loading. The purpose of writing this paper is to know and explain about the activities of the preparatory process for handling the correct loading and knowing what documents are prepared by the stevedoring company for ships that have finished loading. To find out the obstacles that often occur in loading clinker and what tools support the loading process. As well as the flow of cargo delivery from the factory to the ship. The data collection method used in this descriptive paper uses interviews, observation and literature study methods. In this case collecting data on the object of observation, as well as the collection of documents and data related to clinker loading activities. Based on the results of the discussion it has been obtained that in clinker loading activities the loading and unloading company plays a very important role in the smooth service procedures in the clinker loading process activities and handles documents as proof of completion of loading. The conclusion of this discussion is that the loading and unloading company plays a very important role in the activities of clinker loading service procedures and handles documents until loading is complete.
