Abstract

Employee performance is the end result of work from the process that has been carried out by an employee in a certain period, using ideas and efforts to achieve the company's work goals. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, motivation, and compensation partially on employee performance at the Class II Cirebon Port Authority and Port Authority office. The population in this study were all employees in the Cirebon KSOP office. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a type of sampling that is saturated sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work environment, motivation, and compensation have a partial effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 0.750 + 0.102X1 + 0.195X2 + 0.608X3 + e From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is compensation variable with regression coefficient of 0.608 with Adjusted R Square test of 0.624 or 62.4% which means that employee performance is influenced by work environment, motivation, and compensation 62.4% and other factors that affect employee performance in addition to the factors studied are 37.6%.
