Abstract
ABSTRACT This paper was prepared with the aim of adding insight into ship services in the event of a full dock, system error, and low tide unloading at Tanjung Perak Port Surabaya. This observation also aims to determine the level of service to ships and how the quality of ship service services by PT. DHARMA LAUATAN UTAMA Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch. In this case PT DHARMA LAUTAN UTAMA Tanajung Perak Surabaya branch provides facilities in providing effective services to ships in charge. To obtain the above objectives, the observation method is used. The results obtained in this study are the process of handling ships when the dock is full, system errors, and loading and unloading at low tide by PT DHARMA LAUTAN UTAMA Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch which is cuckup satisfactory.
