Abstract
ABSTRACT PT Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia is a company that serves ship docking and new shipbuilding. The office of PT Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia has two offices, the head office is in Bangkalan, Madura and the branch office is in Surabaya. The Surabaya branch of PT Adiluhung Sarasanegara Indonesia itself focuses on logistics, which is tasked with procuring goods and services needed by the head office for the process of repairing ships and building new ships. The main discussion of writing this scientific paper discusses the system of procurement of goods and airbags by the Surabaya branch of PT Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia. Aims to determine the influence of factors such as the quality of procurement of goods and services, the quality of goods providers, the principles of procurement that must be implemented, the systems and procedures for the procurement of goods and services on the quality of the procurement of goods and services produced and the constraints that occur during implementation procurement of goods. The method used for this research is a qualitative method to describe and explain the data obtained. The data used were obtained by land practice (PRADA), interviews, observation and document study as well as literature study. Based on the data acquisition then the data is processed descriptively in accordance with the facts. Keywords: Goods Procurement Procedures, Docking, Airbags.
