Abstract
In the process of unloading coal, there are obstacles that often occur during the unloading process, namely the slow collection of documents. So agents cannot carry out document processing transactions at KSOP resulting in delays in document collection. And there are also several problems with ship docking delays that occurred at PLTU Tanjung Jati B, for example when MV. CHANDRA KIRANA experienced engine trouble (trouble engine) around the waters of the Sunda Strait so that it had a direct impact on the Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) and resulted in a change in schedule and ship berths. Based on the description above, the author proposes the title of the Final Project, namely "Procedure for the New Stone Unloading Process at PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara by PT Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Tubanan Bangkit". With data collection methods both observation, interviews, and library research that the author collected, accurate discussion of the problem can be taken. The company and land parties must hold meetings, coordinate before carrying out loading and unloading activities regarding the maintenance of tools and other equipment for loading and unloading so that the implementation of loading and unloading that occurs in the field does not experience problems. Documents in the coal loading and unloading process are completed so that operational activities can run smoothly. Regular maintenance must be carried out on loading and unloading equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, floating cranes and conveyors to avoid damage during the coal loading process which can slow down the loading process. The company must have a workforce that is skilled and professional in their respective fields to expedite the loading and unloading process and elevate the name of the company, namely PT Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Tubanan Bangkit Jepara.
