Abstract
Abstrack The main discussion in writing this paper is regarding the Procedure for Extension of the Monitoring Card (KP) for Public Transport Route Permits at the Garut Regency Transportation Service. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely the completeness of the documents, which parties are involved in the Extension of the Monitoring Card (KP) at the Garut Regency Transportation Service. This service is engaged in the field of land transportation as well as permits for managing the extension of surveillance cards. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the required documents, related parties, extension procedures and obstacles that occur when extending supervisory cards (KP). Based on the data collection carried out during the Ground Practice (Prada), the authors used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, document study and literature study. The result is that the Supervisory Card Extension Procedure will run smoothly without any problems if it is carried out according to the procedures that have been implemented.
