Abstract
This scientific paper aims to find out the causes of the lack of cargo which resulted in the target of the Ro-Ro ship belonging to PT. The Merak Branch's Primal Ocean Dharma became unfulfilled. As well as the efforts of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Merak Branch to overcome them, the problems experienced by cargo units from agents during the process of loading Ro-Ro ships PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Merak Branch is underway, and the cause of the lack of knowledge of the cargo driver regarding the process of loading unit cargo from the agent to PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Merak Branch from the beginning until the unit boarded the ship. The writing of this scientific paper uses a data collection method, namely the observation method by making direct observations at Prada's premises, the interview method by interviewing the leadership and operations of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Merak Branch to get the information needed, the library method is by looking for books related to the problem of the scientific paper Based on the writing of scientific papers, it can be concluded that PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Merak Semarang Branch cooperates with Partners in fulfilling the target of Ro-Ro ship loads. Partners are trying to target the Ro-Ro ship load belonging to PT. Merak Branch Dharma Lautan Utama is fulfilled every time it is loaded. The loading process becomes something that is vulnerable, this is due to frequent problems with the vehicle load unit during the loading process onto the ship.
