Abstract
With the increasing population of the city of Jakarta, public transportation that is able to accommodate the needs of the community is important. The DKI Jakarta government will find it difficult if most of its citizens choose to use private vehicles over public transportation, because the condition of public transportation in Jakarta is still inadequate. If the DKI Jakarta government wants to reduce the presence of private vehicles, then the availability of proper public transportation is absolutely essential. To overcome this problem, the DKI Jakarta government is planning to build a proper mode of public transportation to serve the people of Jakarta. This planning was initiated through a DKI Jakarta regulation which was then contained in the Provincial Regulation of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 5 of 2014 concerning Transportation. This microtrans service operates every day from 05:00 – 21:00 WIB. And now customers can use this service with the Jak Lingko card and rates start from IDR 250 per kilometer. With that, the Jak-Lingko Jakarta Microtrans is a reliable mode of transportation for mobility in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived price, accessibility, driver performance on the intention to use services on the Jak-lingko Jakarta Microtrans transport fleet. The type of data used is quantitative with the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variables Perceived Price, Accessibility, and Driver Performance have a positive effect on the intention to use services for customers of the Jak-Lingko Jakarta Microtrans transportation route (Roxy-Bendungan Hilir via Tanah Abang). The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y=1.772+0.480X1+0.118X2+0.163X3+µ from this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing interest in using services is the variable Price Perception (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.480. The R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.640 or 64%, which means that the interest in using services is influenced by the variables Perceived Price, Accessibility, and Driver Performance, namely 64% and other factors that influence interest in using services, namely 36%.
