Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the analysis of price perceptions, service quality, trust and passenger characteristics on purchase intention. Item collection was carried out using 100 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is : Y= - 0.985 + 0.314.X1 + 0.267.X2 + 0.331.X3 + 0.153.X4 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the price perception variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y), service quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y), trust variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y), and the variable passenger characteristics (X4) has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.508) which means 50.8%, the variable coefficient of price perception, service quality, trust, and passenger characteristics on purchase intention is 50.8%, while the rest (100% -50.8% = 49, 2% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
