Abstract

This research is motivated by the ups and downs of the number of passengers and the choice of brand image of the Bandung Raya Train with the Argo Parahyangan Train, which is one of the service agencies engaged in ground transportation, namely the Train which serves several passenger destinations. This study aims to determine the effect of Accessibility, Brand Image, Timeliness and Feasibility on Passengers' Decisions in choosing the Bandung Raya Train at Cimahi Station. The population in this study were the passengers of the Bandung Raya Train with a sample size of 100 passengers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This type of research is a quantitative description using a primary data source, namely a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and the goodness of fit of a model which included t statistical tests and the coefficient of determination (R2). From this analysis obtained multiple linear regression analysis with the equation: Y = -0,506 + 0,314X1 + 0,407X2 + 0,194X3 + 0,100X4 +  Where the variable Passenger Decision (Y), Accessibility (X1), Brand Image (X2), Timeliness (X3) and Feasibility (X4) are tested using the t test showing that the four independent variables have a partial significant influence on passenger decisions as the dependent variable . Then the Adjusted R Square figure of 0.592 shows that 59.2% of the passenger decision variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 40.8% is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this study. Key word : accessibility, brand image, feasibility, passenger decision, timeliness
