Abstract
The The sustainability of a business is influenced by various legal factors, this is in the form of ownership of the business licenses owned. The results of the study can be concluded that the notification of conducting business activities (PMKU) must be extended by each agency company or shipping company once a year as the initial basis for all services in the port.
