Abstract
The subject of discussion in this paper is about the Handling of Reefer Container Export Cargo Using Land Transportation Owned by PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the process of handling reefer container export cargo using land transportation, the required documents, obstacles that occur during the process of handling reefer container export cargo using land transportation, and how to overcome obstacles to the process. PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya which is a company engaged in the field of Customs Service Management Company (PPJK) where PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya in this case provides trucking services. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the process of handling reefer container export cargo using land transportation and knowing the obstacles in handling reefer container export cargo using land transportation. Based on data collection conducted during observation, the author uses several methods, namely, observation, interview, and document study and literature study. The result of the discussion of this paper is the completion of handling the export cargo of refeer containers using land transportation owned by PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya will run smoothly without obstacles if each party can meet the conditions that have been set. Keywords: Process, export, container refeer, and ground freight
