Abstract
This study analyzes three variables, namely performance expectations, social factors and facilitating conditions that affect the dependent variable, namely the use of E-tickets. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely: performance expectations, social factors and conditions that facilitate the dependent variable, namely the use of E-tickets. In this study, the object taken is the PO bus passenger. Haryanto in Kudus. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation: Y = -0.469 + 0.375 X1 + 0.478 X2 + 0.169 X3 + . The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between performance expectations on the use of E-tickets (t count value of 5.470 > t table value of 1.986), The results of multiple linear regression equations indicate that there is a positive and negative effect. There is a significant relationship between social factors on the use of the use of E-tickets (t count = 7.197 > t table = 1.986), The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect between conditions that facilitate the use of E-tickets (t count = 2,596 > t table = 1,986), the coefficient of determination gets the Adjusted R square value of 0,549, thus 54.9% of the passengers on the PO bus. Haryanto in Kudus is explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 45.1% such as price, convenience and others. is the influence of other variables that are not included in this study.
