Abstract

The main topic of discussion in this paper is the Process of Implementing Vehicle Embarkation and Debarkation Activities at KM. Dharma Kencana VII PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Makassar Branch. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the process of carrying out vehicle embarkation and debarkation activities at KM. Dharma Kencana VII. and Obstacles that occur during the process of Embarkation and Debarkation activities. PT. Dharma Lautan Utama is a company engaged in Passenger and Vehicle Sea Transportation Services. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the Process of Implementing Vehicle Embarkation and Debarkation Activities in KM. Dharma Kencana VII and know the obstacles that often occur. Based on data collection carried out during field practice (Prada), the authors used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document studies and literature studies. The result of this writing is the completion of the Process of Implementing Vehicle Embarkation and Debarkation activities at KM. Dharma Kencana VII to run smoothly and without any problems. Based on the results of this study indicate that the role of sea freight service companies is very important to handle the loading of passengers and vehicles.
