Abstract

Shipping Service Company is a legal entity or business entity established to view and regulate the flow of transportation services by ship. One of the activities that are often carried out at the Shipping Company is bunkering. In general, a bunker is the process of refueling fuel (BBM) by logistics for ships that want to sail. These activities are in direct contact with Pertamina as a source to obtain fuel oil needed by ships. This scientific research is descriptive with data collection using the observation method (Observation), the question method (Questioner), the interview method (Interview), the documentary method and the library (library search), so that the results of this paper are to find out the process of applying for fuel oil to Pertamina. by the Logistics Division at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama in a systematic way, knowing the letters and contents of the fuel application, knowing the parties who cooperate in the submission, and knowing the bunker flow. Therefore, several conclusions emerged, namely: How is the process of submitting fuel oil (BBM) at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama, who are the parties involved in the process of applying for fuel to bunkers, what documents are needed in submitting fuel oil at Pertamina .
