Abstract
The development of the century affects methode of transportation in Indonesia. Transportation can affect all aspects of social life and become an important and strategic development tools to facilitating the wheels of the economy. Ports are one of the biggest influence for the economy. A port offering treatement, facilities, and services aimed to accelerating activities at the port. This study purposed to analyze the factors that causing waiting time increased for ships in the process of unload coal at the port of Tanjung Emas, Semarang. The research method is used descriptive quantitative. Collection sample technique used simple random sampling and has 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression that using SPSS V.25 as data process aplication. The results showed that service facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, it was obtained t count (5,205) > t table (1,98373), administration had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, it was obtained t count (2.297) > t table (1,98373 ), natural conditions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. It is obtained that t count (4,100) > t table (1,98373), then H1, H2, H3 are accepted.
