Abstract

Education and training, work ability and work motivation in a company are important factors in the development of human resources, and can improve the ability of employees by increasing knowledge and general as well as those related to their duties and responsibilities. This study is entitled "The Influence of Education and Training (Training), Work Ability, and Work Motivation on Improving the Performance of Employees of the Pati Regency Transportation Service". This study aims to determine the effect of education and training (Training), work ability and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Pati Regency. The problem in this study is that the performance of employees in the implementation of tasks in the field of transportation has not been optimal. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are obtained: Y =-2.590+0.093X1+0.421X2+1.224X3 The results of multiple regression research show that there is a significant effect partially positive education and training on employee performance (tcount 0.819>ttable 0.22), work ability on employee performance (tcount 2.988>ttable 0.22), and work motivation on employee performance (tcount 6.816>ttable 0.22). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with a correlation value of Adjusted R2 = 0.860. Keywords: Education and Training, Work Ability, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
