Abstract
The feasibility test is conducting vehicle tests on public vehicles on a regular basis. The Department of Transportation and Tourism consists of 1 (one) section and 4 (four) fields, namely the Administration Section, Land Transportation Sector, Sea Transportation Sector, Air, Post and Telecommunications, Sector Tourism and Culture Sector. This study aims to determine the effect of roadworthiness, transportation conditions, infrastructure and service quality on the due diligence at the East Belitung District Transportation Office. The population in this study was taken from the Manggar City transportation volume and the sample used in this study was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling of the incidental sampling type, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: Y = -1.998 + 0.385X1 + 0.324X2 + 0.255X3 + 0.182X4 + µ From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing the feasibility test is the unworthy variable with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.63.6 or 63.6%, which means that the due diligence is influenced by the variables not roadworthy (X1), transportation conditions (X2), infrastructure facilities (X3) and service quality (X4) )., which is 63.6% and other factors that influence the test at the East Belitung Regency Transportation Service, namely 36.4%.
