Abstract

Based on the description above, the author tries to examine more deeply so that a paper entitled "The Use of Loading and Unloading Equipment in the Process of Loading and Unloading of Factory Materials" is realized with the aim of knowing what procedures, agencies, and tools are used in the process of unloading factory materials at the Port. Tanjung Emas, because sooner or later an unloading activity depends on how the unloading equipment operates. Because one of the obstacles that occurs during the unloading process at the Port is caused by unmaintained loading and unloading equipment so that the loading and unloading process is hampered and the material delivery process is delayed. By using qualitative methods and collecting observational data, interviews or library research that the author collects. It should be noted that procedures, processes, and who are the agencies that support loading and unloading activities, so that procedures or steps are needed in carrying out loading and unloading and tools such as forklifts, ship cranes, truck trailers, and spreaders to expedite the process of loading and unloading activities . In loading and unloading, several related agencies include KSOP class I Semarang, loading and unloading company PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo, PT. Buana Lintas Lautan and Customs.
